Bahan-bahan Dango mochi

  1. Diperlukan 100 gram of Tepung ketan.
  2. Diperlukan 100 gram of Tepung beras.
  3. Siapkan 6 sdm of Gula pasir.
  4. Sediakan sejumput of Garam.
  5. Dibutuhkan of Air.
  6. Siapkan of Pewarna makanan : merah dan hijau.
  7. Siapkan Tusuk of sate.

  3. Rebus air sampai mendidih lalu bergantian masukan adonan bulat2 yg warna merah dulu setelah mengambang angkat. Lalu ganti air..ganti adonan bulat2 hijau setelah mengambang angkat airnya dibuang. Trakhir adonan bulat warna putih.
  4. Siapkan tusuk sate lalu tusuk mulai dr adonan hijau, lalu putih setelah itu merah. Sajikan.
