  1. Sediakan 330 gr of tepung terigu pro sedang.
  2. Dibutuhkan 100 gr of tepung tan mien.

  4. Dibutuhkan 2 sdm of susu bubuk.
  5. Diperlukan 5,5 sdm of gula pasir.
  6. Siapkan 2 sdm of mentega putih.
  7. Siapkan 1 sdm of baking powder.
  8. Siapkan 1 gelas of air hangat.
  9. Sediakan 1/2 sdt of garam.
  10. Sediakan Secukupnya of air.
  11. Dibutuhkan 20 ml of air jus beetroot (klo bisa dibuat extract beet).
  12. Gunakan of Filling coklat & ayam.

  5. Bila sudah mengembang tinju2 adonan.
  6. Lalu ambil bulat2kan kira2 50 gram, pipihkan, lalu isi dengan filling.
  7. Lakukan langkah hingga adonan habis, sambil memanaskan kukusan.
  8. Kukus selama kurang lebih 10-15 menit. Angkat dan sajikan, hmm yummy 😋.
