- Sediakan 330 gr of tepung terigu pro sedang.
- Dibutuhkan 100 gr of tepung tan mien.

- Sediakan Secukupnya of air.
- Dibutuhkan 20 ml of air jus beetroot (klo bisa dibuat extract beet).
- Gunakan of Filling coklat & ayam.

- Lalu ambil bulat2kan kira2 50 gram, pipihkan, lalu isi dengan filling.
- Lakukan langkah hingga adonan habis, sambil memanaskan kukusan.
- Kukus selama kurang lebih 10-15 menit. Angkat dan sajikan, hmm yummy 😋.
