  1. Diperlukan 1 kg of daging sapi.
  2. Diperlukan of Santan encer dari 2 butir kelapa.
  3. Sediakan 80 gr of santan bubuk.
  4. Diperlukan 3 of daun salam.
  5. Siapkan 2 of sereh.
  6. Gunakan 5 of daun jeruk.
  7. Diperlukan 1 sdt of lada.
  8. Sediakan 1 sdt of ketumbar.
  9. Diperlukan 7 of cengkeh.
  10. Dibutuhkan 3 cm of kayu manis.
  11. Diperlukan 1/2 of jintan bubuk.
  12. Siapkan 4 cm of lengkuas geprek.
  13. Diperlukan 2 sdm of kaldu sapi.
  14. Sediakan of Gula dan garam secukup nya.
  15. Gunakan of Bumbu halus.
  16. Diperlukan 15 of cabe merah keriting.
  17. Gunakan 15 of rawit merah.
  18. Diperlukan 15 of bawang merah.
  19. Siapkan 5 of bawang putih.
  20. Sediakan 5 of kemiri.
  21. Diperlukan 3 cm of jahe.

Cara memasak Rendang

  1. Potong daging sesuai selera, cuci bersih.
  2. Bersihkan bumbu halus lalu blender hingga halus.
  3. Tumis bumbu halus dan bumbu lainnya hingga wangi, tambah kan daging. Aduk hingga bumbu tercampur rata. Tunggu sekitar 10 menit lalu masuk kan santan encer. Lalu masak hingga daging empuk.
  4. Masuk kan santan bubuk trus aduk hingga santan mengental dan koreksi rasa. Masak terus dengan api kecil hingga kekentalan rendang yg diinginkan. Rendang siap di sajikan.
