Langkah-langkah memasak Mochi mochi

  1. Masukkan tepung ketan, gula pasir dan susu cair kedalam wadah, lalu aduk jangan sampai ada yg menggumpal.
  2. Tambahkan 2-3 tetes pewarna, lalu aduk.
  3. Kukus adonan mochi kurang lebih 30 menit.
  4. Setelah matang, angkat lalu dinginkan.
  5. Sambil menunggu mochi dingin, blender kacang yg telah disangrai bersama gula pasir dan air panas, tekstur isian bisa sesuai selera..
  6. Untuk taburan mochi, sangrai tepung ketan dg daun pandan. Tanda bahwa tepung ketan telah matang ialah daun pandan yg telah kering, sisihkan untuk taburan mochi.
  7. Setelah adonan Mochi dingin, bentuk mochi bulat lalu pipihkan dan beri isian tadi lalu bulatkan kembali. Gulingkan mochi kedalam tepung ketan yg telah disangrai.
  8. Lakukan step 7 sampai adonan habis, mochi siap disantap.
