Bahan Gado-Gado

  10. Diperlukan 7 buah of lontong beras.
  11. Sediakan 150 gr of krupuk udang.
  12. Dibutuhkan of Bumbu Halus :.
  13. Gunakan 250 gr of kacang tanah.
  14. Sediakan 180 gr of kentang.
  15. Gunakan 30 gr of gula merah.
  16. Sediakan 3 of cabe merah.
  17. Dibutuhkan 5 of cabe rawit.
  18. Siapkan 65 ml of santan instant.
  19. Siapkan 700 ml of air.

Langkah-langkah memasak Gado-Gado

  1. Goreng tahu setengah matang. Cuci sayur & siapkan untuk pengukusan..
  2. Kukusa anek sayur selama 7 menit. Untuk kentang, wortel & telur, kukus dengan tambahan waktu 8 menit jd total pengukusan 15 menit. Sambil nunggu sayur dikukus, goreng kerupuk pelengkapnya ya..
  3. Blender kacang, baput, garam & cabai hingga halus. Tuang dalam panci lalu blender kentang (yang telah dikukus) dengan air & tuang dalam panci berisi bumbu halus..
  4. Tambahkan gula merah & santan lalu aduk hingga mendidih. Sudah siap semua, tinggal sambelnya..
  5. Rebus cabe dengan sedikit air hingga lunak, tiriskan lalu blender. Tumis cabe u/mengurangi kandungan air..
