Bahan Gado-Gado

  12. Gunakan 2 siung of bawang putih.
  13. Gunakan 2 sdm of gula merah.
  14. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm of kecap manis.
  15. Sediakan 1 sdm of air asam jawa.
  16. Dibutuhkan 2 sdt of garam.
  17. Siapkan 2 sdt of kencur bubuk.
  18. Sediakan 150 ml of air matang (sesuai kekentalan yg diinginkan).

  4. Tata lontong dan sayuran di piring, siram dengan sambel kacang. Sajikan Atau Dalam mangkok campur lontong, sayuran rebus dan sambel kacang, aduk rata, pindahkan ke piring saji. Sajikan.
