Bahan-bahan Gado-gado

  4. Dibutuhkan 2 siung of bawang putih (goreng sebentar).
  5. Sediakan secukupnya of Garam.
  6. Gunakan 100 gr of tempe goreng.
  7. Sediakan 2 butir of telur rebus.
  8. Dibutuhkan 3 lembar of daun jeruk.
  9. Sediakan 50 ml of air asam jawa (sesuai selera).
  10. Diperlukan of Sayuran:.
  11. Siapkan 1 ikat of kangkung.
  12. Gunakan 2 buah of kentang (potong dadu).
  13. Dibutuhkan 2 buah of wortel (potong memanjang).
  14. Diperlukan secukupnya of Kacang panjang.
  15. Gunakan secukupnya of Sayur kol.
  16. Diperlukan secukupnya of Tauge.

Langkah-langkah memasak Gado-gado

  1. Panggang/sangrai terlebih dahulu kacang tanah, panggang selama 20 menit pada suhu 180°C sampai matang, dinginkan, dan blender hingga halus.
  2. Steam sayuran(Kentang,wortel,kol, kacang panjang, kangkung,, dan tauge).
  3. Ulek cabe rawit hijau hingga halus, tambakan bawang putih yang sudah di goreng, masukkan gula merah. Ulek kembali sampai halus.
  4. Tambahkan kacang tanah yang sudah halus lalu beri air asam jawa dan daun jeruk. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  5. Campur semua sayuran yang sudah di steam ke dalam saus kacang yg sudah di ulek.
  6. Letakkan di atas piring bersih lalu beri telur rebus dan tempe goreng (bisa taburi bawang goreng)..
