- Sediakan 50 ml of air asam jawa (sesuai selera).

- Siapkan 1 ikat of kangkung.
- Gunakan 2 buah of kentang (potong dadu).
- Dibutuhkan 2 buah of wortel (potong memanjang).
- Diperlukan secukupnya of Kacang panjang.
- Gunakan secukupnya of Sayur kol.
- Diperlukan secukupnya of Tauge.

Langkah-langkah memasak Gado-gado
- Panggang/sangrai terlebih dahulu kacang tanah, panggang selama 20 menit pada suhu 180°C sampai matang, dinginkan, dan blender hingga halus.
- Steam sayuran(Kentang,wortel,kol, kacang panjang, kangkung,, dan tauge).
- Ulek cabe rawit hijau hingga halus, tambakan bawang putih yang sudah di goreng, masukkan gula merah. Ulek kembali sampai halus.
- Tambahkan kacang tanah yang sudah halus lalu beri air asam jawa dan daun jeruk. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Campur semua sayuran yang sudah di steam ke dalam saus kacang yg sudah di ulek.
- Letakkan di atas piring bersih lalu beri telur rebus dan tempe goreng (bisa taburi bawang goreng)..
