  3. Steam adonan selama 20mnt, lalu uleni dgn garpu sampai tecampur rata.
  4. Letakkan sebagian maizena yg telah disangrai diatas meja adonan, lalu kita bisa mulai proses pengisian mochi.
  5. Proses pengisian mochi: ambil adonan sesuai yg diinginkan (persatu mochi), letakkan diatas tepung maizena, mold bulat dan pipihkan dgn rolling pin, isi dgn isian yg diinginkan, lalu tutup mochi bentuk bulat, balurkan lagi dgn tepung maizena dan tutup dgn cling wrap persatu mochi..
  6. Dinginkan di kulkas 1-2 jam mochi yg tlh di bungkus cling wrap, baru moch bisa dimakan..
  7. Nt: mochi hrs ttp selalu dingin ya, jd kalau mau makan utk besok atau lusa, yah biarkan ttp di kulkas. Kalau diisi dgn ice cream, taronya di freezer ya...
