  8. Gunakan of Untuk nougat kacang.
  9. Sediakan 250 gr of kacang tanah disangrai.
  10. Sediakan 100 gr of gula pasir.
  11. Siapkan 2 sdm of air panas.
  12. Siapkan of Taburan :.
  13. Diperlukan of Wijen + maizena yang disangrai.

  4. Siapkan loyang ukuran 20*20, oles dengn minyak goreng. Kemudian lapisi dgn plastik dan oles lagi dgn minyak goreng. Tuang adonan ke loyang.
  5. Kukus adonan kurleb 20 menit..
  6. Angkat, tunggu agak dingin, olesi dgn pewarna makanan (1atau 2 tetes + 2sdm air panas) Kemudian kasih nougat kacang diatasnya, dan gulung selagi hangat.
  7. Gulung mochi rollnya, kemudian taburi dengan tepung maizena atau wijen yang sudah disangrai.
  8. Diamkan sebentar, agar padat dan keras agar mudah saat dipotong..
  9. Cara bikin naougat kacang. Kacang kupas disangrai trus diblender kasar bersama gula pasir. Tmbhkan sedikit air panas, aduk. Jadi mirip selai tapi kasar ya.
