- Sediakan 100 gr of tepung ketan.
- Dibutuhkan 25 gr of tepung terigu.
- Gunakan of pasta pandan.
- Siapkan of vanili.
- Siapkan 2 sendok makan of santan cair.
- Diperlukan 1/2 sendok makan of margarine.
- Gunakan secukupnya of air.
- Gunakan 5 sendok makan of gula putih.
- Gunakan of isian : kacang tanah bubuk tnp kulit campur gula jawa.
- Sediakan of sangrai tepung ketan/maizena utk baluran.

Cara membuat Mochi / kue mochi simpel
- Campur santan & air secukupnya + garam sedikit + pasta pandan.
- Terigu dan tepung ketan tuang jadi satu, masukkan gula putih.
- No 1 & 2 campur jd 1.
- Aduk hingga rata.
- Masukkan margarine, aduk lagi higga rata.
- Kukus dlm wadah, jika dgn panci, beri tutup panci kain,agar air tdk jatuh ke adonan.
- Tusuk dgn sikat gigi, jika menempel blm matang..
- Sudah matang dinginkan.
- Gunakan kedua tangan dgn plastik utk membentuk mochi.
- Masukkan isian kacang.
- Gulingkan di tepung yg sdh di sangrai.
