Cara memasak Mochi Cookies

  1. Mochi: campur semua bahan kecuali butter, aduk rata tutup wadah dengan plastik wrap lalu kukus selama 30 menit.
  2. Setelah 30 menit keluarkan, masukkan butter lalu aduk dengan spatula selagi panas sampai butter tercampur rata.
  3. Tutup mochi dengan plastik wrap, simpan di kulkas selama 1 jam, bulatkan sekitar 10g.
  4. Cookie: lembutkan butter dan gula dengan whisk, masukkan telur aduk rata.
  5. Masukkan sisa bahan dengan diayak, aduk rata dengan spatula. Masukkan di kulkas selama 30 menit.
  6. Ambil dough sekitar 15-25g pipihkan lalu isi dengan mochi, pipihkan kembali lalu beri chocochips.
  7. Panggang di oven 190° selama 15-20 menit tergantung oven masing"..
