  6. Diperlukan 20-25 gr of margarin (saya kira2 banyaknya).
  7. Siapkan of Keju mozarella (tambahan).
  8. Siapkan of Bahan Dough :.
  9. Diperlukan 150 ml of air.
  10. Gunakan 200 gr of tapioka.
  11. Dibutuhkan 40 gr of terigu.
  12. Siapkan 50 gr of tepung ketan.
  13. Siapkan 2 butir of telur uk kecil (1 butir telur besar saja cukup).
  14. Gunakan 75 gr of margarin.
  15. Gunakan 30-50 gr of gula pasir (disesuaikan dengan kemanisan ubinya).
  16. Siapkan 1/2 sdt of garam.
  17. Dibutuhkan of Maizena buat baluran.
  18. Gunakan of Coklat bubuk buat baluran.
  19. Diperlukan of Susu bubuk buat baluran.

Cara membuat Sweet Potato Mochi Bread

  1. Kukus ubi, kupas, iris bagian yg kurang baik, lalu haluskan..
  2. Masak diatas teflon, ubi, kuning telur, gula pasir, SKM, margarin. Aduk rata hingga adonan menjadi berbentuk lebih padat, sisihkan..
  3. Sangrai tepung maizena hingga matang. Ciri2nya tepung terasa ringan. Lebih baik disangrai bareng daun pandan biar wangi, tp ngga punya 😅.
  4. Panaskan air, gula pasir dan garam, aduk rata. Tambahkan margarin, aduk rata hingga meleleh. Masukkan tepung tapioka, aduk rata. Matikan kompor lalu aduk2 hingga adonan tercampur rata dan kalis..
  5. Setelah adonan kalis, pindahkan ke wadah. Tambahkan telur, terigu dan tepung ketan, aduk lalu uleni hingga kalis. Ini saya pakai 2 telur, tp kyknya 1 telur yg besar saja cukup..
  6. Setelah adonan kalis dan halus, bulatkan adonan. Pipihkan, lalu bagi jadi 12. Uleni masing2 potongan, lalu bulatkan. Demikian pula ubi isiannya dibagi 12 lalu bulat2kan..
  7. Pipihkan adonan dough. Beri isian ubi yg di dalamnya diisi keju mozarella. Bulatkan isian, lalu bungkus dengan adonan dough, rekatkan..
  8. Setelah direkatkan, guling2kan adonan agar berbentuk sedikit pipih, pipihkan ujungnya seperti bentuk ubi..
  9. Guling2kan adonan di atas tepung maizena+susu bubuk, lalu taburi coklat bubuk, guling2kan lagi agar melekat. Tata di atas loyang, lalu tusuk2 dan kerat2 dengan tusuk sate agar tampilannya seperti ubi sungguhan. Sementara itu panaskan oven di suhu 200 derajat (saya pakai kirin low watt, yg lain bisa 180 derajat lgs).
  10. Panggang di suhu 180 derajat api atas bawah (kecilkan dr suhu pemanasan, sesuaikan oven masing2) selama 20 menit. Saya pakai rak atas bawah, jadi saya panggangnya 30 menit, dg tukar rak di menit ke 15. Alhamdulillah, efek mletheknya keluar seperti yg ada di yutub Korea 😘👌🏻.
  11. Sajikan saat masih panas-hangat seperti makan ubi kukus, tapi pas dibuka, ada yg meleleehhh.. 😘👌🏻.
