  1. Sponge cake: lelehkan margarin,sisihkan.
  2. Kocok telur dan gula hingga gula larut.
  3. Lalu tambahkan sp,tepung beras,susu dan baking powder,kocok dg kecepatan tinggi,lhingga mengembang dan kental.
  4. Tambahkan vanili dan pasta pandan lalu margarin yg sdh di lelehkan,aduk hingga rata.
  5. Siapkan loyang uk 30x40x4 yg sdh di alasi kertas roti lalu masukkan adonan dan ratakan.
  6. Oven sampai matang,,setelah matang dinginkan.
  7. Setelah dingin kuliti bagian atas cake yg berwarna coklat.
  8. Olesi dg selai atau butter cream lalu gulung dan padatkan,sisihkan,,punya saya kurang padat akhirnya agak melebar.
  9. Mochi: campur semua bahan jadi satu kecuali wijen dan selai kemudian masak di atas api kecil hingga adonan kental dan menggumpal seperti dodol,,klo sdh tidak lengket itu tanda mochi sdh matang.
  10. Ambil plastik seukuran loyang lalu letakkan adonan mochi di atas plastik dan gilas seukuran loyang,dinginkan.
  11. Setelah dingin oles dg selai/butter cream.
  12. Letakkan sponge cake diatas mochi lalu gulung.
  13. Sangrai wijen sebentar saja.
  14. Taburi mochi roll cake dg wijen hingga rata lalu masukkan ke dlm kulkas sebentar biarkan set lalu potong2 sesuai selera.
