  1. Siapkan 140 gram of tepung ketan.
  2. Gunakan 50 gram of tepung terigu.
  3. Dibutuhkan 200 gram of gula kastor.
  4. Dibutuhkan 170 ml of air (bisa ganti susu or santan).
  5. Gunakan 1/2 sdt of essense pisang.
  6. Diperlukan secukupnya of Wijen sangrai.
  7. Diperlukan secukupnya of Tepung ketan sangrai.
  8. Siapkan of Pewarna pink hijau (cairkan dgn sedikit air).

  4. Kukus selama 10 menit angkat.
  5. Oles dgn pewarna lalu gulung hingga rapi n set.
  6. Celupkan ke tepung ketan yg sudah d sangrai atau wijen.
  7. Mochi roll siap d potong2 dan d hidangkan.
  8. Nb: boleh jg d ksh isian seperti kacang yg d haluskan atau coklat menurut sy. 😁.
