  8. Gunakan 25 gr of wijen untuk taburan.

Langkah-langkah memasak Mochi roll

  1. Campurkan tepung ketan,tepung beras,gula,garam,aduk rata dengan sendok.
  2. Tambahkan air yg sudah di campur dengan esens strwbery sedikit demi sedikit aduk menggunakan balon wisk(pengaduk tangan)sampai tercampur rata dan kental.sisihkan.
  3. Panaskan dandang, siapkan loyang yg sudah di alas plastik dan di oles minyak,tuangkan adonan yg sudah tercampur kukus hingga matang +- 15 menit.
  4. Tusuk dengan garpu apabila tidak ada yg menempel angkat dinginkan oles dengan pewarna seluruh permukaan adonan diamkan hingga benar2 dingin lalu gulung perlahan,sementara itu sanggrai wijen.
  5. Gulingkan ke atas wijen yg sudah di sangrai lalu potong potong sesuai selera dengan menggunakan pisau yg di bungkus plastik(agar tdk lengket).
