  5. Sediakan 2 sdm of susu bubuk.
  6. Dibutuhkan buah of Pewarna dan pasta.
  7. Gunakan of Wijen atau maizena yang sudah disangrai.

  4. Setelah masak, tuang di atas plastik / aluminium foil /kertas roti yang sdh dioles minyak..
  5. Tunggu hangat, Oles permukaan mochi dengan dengan pasta,lalu gulung. Pastikan gulungan mochi sdh lengket, kemudian guling di atas wijen atau maizena..
  6. Agar tidak lengket saat dipotong, olesi pisau dengan minyak..
