  6. Diperlukan of Syrup dr gula merah ;.
  7. Gunakan 100 gr of gula merah.
  8. Dibutuhkan 70 ml of air.

Cara memasak Kinako mochi

  1. Campurkan gula putih, tepung ketan dan air. Aduk rata.
  2. Masukkan ke microwave 1mnt. Lalu aduk lagi. Langkah ini diulang sampe 5 - 6x lalu yg ke 4xnya ditambahkan 1/2sdt mentega putih.
  3. Tuangkan kinako ke piring lebar. Lalu masukkan adonan mochi, gulung sampe tertutup rata dg kinako.
  4. Rebus gula merah dan air.
  5. Adonan yg digulung kinako, potong2 sesuai selera. Dan taraaaa siap saji. Cara gampang dan selamat mencoba 😘.
