Pon-de-ring (Donat Mochi) After I first saw Lady and Pups' post on mochi donuts, I couldn't stop dreaming about making them. What's not to love about a chewy ring of mochi deep fried and sugar glazed? Mochi donuts are not that uncommon in Asia (or at least in Singapore). Sobat dapat membuat Pon-de-ring (Donat Mochi) hanya dengan menggunakan 19 bahan dan 10 langkah saja. Berikut ini bahan dan cara untuk memasaknya, yuk kita coba resep Pon-de-ring (Donat Mochi)!

Bahan-bahan Pon-de-ring (Donat Mochi)

  1. Diperlukan of Biang :.
  2. Dibutuhkan 30 gr of tepung ketan.
  3. Gunakan 30 gr (2 sdm) of susu cair tawar.
  4. Diperlukan of Bahan kering :.
  5. Siapkan 225 gr of tepung ketan.
  6. Diperlukan 50 gr of gula pasir.
  7. Diperlukan 1 sdt of baking powder.
  8. Dibutuhkan Sejumput of garam.
  9. Siapkan of Cairan :.
  10. Gunakan 120 gr of susu cair tawar.
  11. Diperlukan 1 butir of telur.
  12. Diperlukan 35 gr of butter, lelehkan.
  13. Diperlukan of Glaze :.
  14. Dibutuhkan 120 gr of gula halus.
  15. Diperlukan 3 sdm of air matang.
  16. Sediakan sesuai selera of Pasta atau pewarna.
  17. Diperlukan of Atau sesuai selera (gula halus, glaze siap pakai, meises, dll).

This mochi donut in particular though was inspired by the mochi donuts from the Japanese donut store Mister Donut. In particular, the store's signature Pon de Ring donut with its characteristic shape. Mochi doughnuts - Pon de Rings. Some powdered sugar to sprinkle over "mochi doughnuts/Pon de rings".

  1. Siapkan bahan..
  2. Biang : aduk rata tepung ketan dan susu cair biang. Kukus selama 5 menit atau microwave 1 menit. Dinginkan..
  3. Bahan kering : campurkan tepung ketan, gula, garam dan baking powder. Aduk rata..
  4. Cairan : campurkan susu cair tawar, telur dan butter. Aduk rata..
  5. Aduk rata bahan kering dengan cairan..
  6. Tambahkan bahan biang. Uleni hingga dapat dipulung..
  7. Ambil adonan, bentuk bola-bola. Susun sekitar 7 bola diatas baking paper hingga berbentuk lingkaran.adonan memang lengket ya, tapi jangan dikasih tepung lagi waktu ngebentuknya, karena nanti lepas waktu digoreng..
  8. Goreng donat dalam minyak banyak (donat terendam atau deep fried) bersama baking papernya. Ambil baking paper setelah donat kokoh. Pake api kecil hingga kecokelatan..
  9. Glaze : campurkan gula halus, pasta atau pewarna dan air. Aduk rata..
  10. Celupkan donat ke glaze, tiriskan. Atau cukup ditabur gula halus..
