  6. Kukus adonan mochi selama 10 menit setelah kukusan panas (tutup kukusan diberi lap bersih agar air tdk menetes)..
  7. Setelah adonan mochi matang, aduk2 adonan mochi dgn garpu agar lebih lembut..
  8. Siapkan nampan atau loyang datar yg diberi tepung sangrai, lalu tuang adonan mochi dan beri tepung lg agar tdk lengket..
  9. Pipihkan mochi, lalu bagi2 adonan menjadi bbrp bagian, siapkan cetakan kue talam bersih, taruh kulit mochi nya..
  10. Masukan es krim beku lalu bungkus dgn kulit mochi nya, lakukan hingga adonan habis..
  11. Taruh di lemari es minimal 3 jam sblm disajikan..
