  15. Diperlukan 1 sdm of glukose syrup.

  6. Pelan pelan gulingkan sambil dibentuk menyerupai ubi ungu,.. garit garit marks agar tampak lebih natural,.. ini sy menggunakan skewer/ tusukan sate. ada juga yang sy sekedar pencet pakai jari,.. ada juga yang sy biarkan mulus seperti ubi jepang yang asli...
