- Panaskan oven, setel di suhu 170°, sementara menunggu oven panas, timbang adonan masing2 seberat 40 gr, hasilnya akan menjadi 12 pcs.
- Bulatkan adonan, tata diatas loyang yang sudah dialasi baking paper, olesi permukaannya dengan air agar hasilnya nanti krispy diluar. Sy taburi wijen lg atasnya (selera aja ya bund).
- Panggang selama kurang lebih 25-30 menit, tadi saya 40 menit (sesuaikan dgn oven masing2).
- Siap dihidangkan, rasanya kreesss diluar, kenyal di dalam 😆😆.
- Tadi pagi bikin lagi dgn ukuran lebih kecil, jd 24 pcs. Trus di gepengin. Ternyata lebih kreeezz....masukin toples ukuran 250 gram, penuh deh....
