Bahan-bahan Mochi Doughnuts

  1. Gunakan 230 gr of tepung ketan putih.
  2. Gunakan 55 gr of gula halus.
  3. Sediakan 8 gr of baking powder.
  4. Gunakan 1 butir of telur, kocok lepas.
  5. Siapkan 35 gr of margarin.
  6. Gunakan 150 ml of santan (dari 65 ml santan instan+air), panaskan, biarkan hangat.
  7. Sediakan Secukupnya of gula donat untuk pelapis.

Cara memasak Mochi Doughnuts

  3. Goteng donat moci kedalam minyak panas diatas api sedang cenderung kecil (minyak jangan terlalu panas). Goreng sampai kuning kecokelatan. Angkat, tiriskan. Balur dengan gula donat atau dgn donat glazur. Siap dinikmati selagi hangat :).
