  1. Sediakan of Mochi.
  2. Dibutuhkan 20 sdm of tepung beras ketan.
  3. Siapkan 20 sdm of gula pasir.
  4. Siapkan 200 ml of santan kara.
  5. Diperlukan 1 sdm of margarin cair.
  6. Diperlukan 1 sdm of tepung beras.
  7. Siapkan 1/2 sdt of pasta pisang ambon.
  8. Diperlukan 1/2 sdt of pasta pandan.
  9. Diperlukan of Filling.
  10. Sediakan 50 gr of kacang tanah.
  11. Gunakan 1 sdt of brown sugar.
  12. Sediakan of Selai Nutella/lainnya.
  13. Sediakan 3 sdm of tepung maizena.

Cara memasak Chewy Mochi

  3. Satu wadah dengan pasta pisang ambon dan satu wadah dengan pasta pandan, aduk hingga rata.
  4. Siapkan dandang untuk mengukus kedua adonan tersebut, kukus selama setengah jam dengan api sedang hingga matang.
  5. Selagi menunggu kukusan, sangrai kacang tanah, lalu ditumbuk hingga halus baru dimasukkan brown sugar/gula lainnya, aduk hingga rata dan manis sesuai selera.
  6. Keluarkan adonan yang sudah matang dan diamkan di suhu ruangan. Jika berair, biarkan saja nanti airnya akan mengering sendiri.
  7. Sangrai tepung maizena dengan api kecil selama 5 menit lalu pindahkan ke wadah tempat untuk persiapan filling mochi.
  8. Ambil adonan merah dengan takaran 1 sdt, lalu tekan-tekan hingga adonan melebar baru dimasukkan filling kacang.
  9. Untuk adonan hijau diberikan filling nutella, atau boleh di mix lho kacang dan nutellanya, ada beberapa mochi yang aku filling seperti itu dan rasanya enak banget! :D.
  10. Filling dan tutup adonan menjadi bulat-bulat, lakukan sampai adonan habis, lalu boleh dinikmati langsung/masukkin kulkas dulu ya biar dingin-dingin empuk.. Selamat menikmati :D.
