  6. Gunakan 1/2 sdm of minyak Goreng untuk olesan loyang.
  7. Diperlukan 50 gr of wijen untuk balutan.
  8. Gunakan of Isian.
  9. Diperlukan 200 gr of kacang tanah.
  10. Diperlukan 3 sdm of susu kental manis.
  11. Gunakan 1/4 sdt of garam.
  12. Siapkan 20 ml of air.

  5. Setelah kulit matang, keluarkan dari loyang. Tambahkan isian kacang di atasnya, lalu gulung.
  6. Gulingkan gulungan mochi ke wadah wijen, hingga seluruh permukaannya tertutup wijen. Potong-otong dengan pisau yang dilapisi sedikit minyak. Kue mochi siap disajikan.
