  10. Sediakan 2 siung of bawang putih.
  11. Siapkan 100 gr of bawang bombay.
  12. Siapkan 2 sdm of saus tomat.
  13. Siapkan 1/2 sdm of saus tiram.
  14. Diperlukan 1 sdm of saus sambal.
  15. Gunakan 1 sdm of gula pasir.
  16. Diperlukan Secukupnya of garam.

Cara memasak Fu Yung Hai

  4. Tambahkan tepung tapioka, garam, lada bubuk dan kaldu bubuk, kocok sebentar.
  5. Goreng dengan minyak panas hingga kuning kecoklatan lalu tiriskan.
  6. Iris bawang putih dan bawang bombay lalu tumis hingga harum.
  7. Masukan saus tomat, saus tiram, saus sambal, gula pasir, dan garam (jika terlalu kental tambahkan sedikit air) aduk sebentar lalu angkat.
  8. Siram saus ke atas telur yang tadi di goreng, taruh sisa daun bawang sebagai hiasan.
  9. Fu yung hai siap di hidangkan.
