Bahan-bahan Fu Yung Hai
- Diperlukan 4 butir of telur.
- Dibutuhkan 1 buah of wortel parut.
- Gunakan 3 lembar of kol.

- Gunakan 2 siung of bawang putih cincang.

- Gunakan 1/2 buah of bawang bombay iris panjang.

- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt of kecap inggris.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Lada.

HEAT sunflower oil or any other neutral oil in the small sauce pan and sauté the garlic for about a minute. ADD the tomato ketchup along with the sugar and vinegar. POUR in the chicken flavored water and bring to a boil. Foe Joeng Hay (Fu Yong Hai) is a Chinese omelet recipe.
Cara membuat Fu Yung Hai
- Kocok telur, semua bahan fuyunghai kecuali tepung, aduk rata..
- Tambahkan tepung dan air, cicipi..
- Panaskan minyak, api sedang. Jika sdh panas masukkan adonan fuyung hai lalu kecilkan api. Tunggu hingga matang. Penting minyak hrs benar panas agar adonan mengembang.
- Utk saos, tumis bombay dan baput hingga harum. Lalu masukkan wortel.
- Tambahkan semua saos dan bumbu lainnya. Jika sdh mendidih masukkan larutan maizena. Koreksi rasa.
